Depend on North Star for specialized overhaul and repair machining, from one-off components to integrated assemblies with machined components of up to five tons. North Star is proud to employ some of the most skilled and experienced people in the business.

Among the equipment we have on site, North Star’s CNC machine handles small production runs to perfectly match the original CAD design by automating the complex series of steps required to produce a part. A new horizontal boring mill performs machining operations including boring, drilling, milling, reaming, tapping and threading.

North Star Technical machines a clevis arm for a steel forging company. Piece started as a large block and machined to sample size and machined and installed bronze bushing.

North Star Technical machines a new tie rod that broke in operation. Rush services were required to machine new part within a 72 hour time line. Large tie rod is used for a plastic injection mold machine in an automotive parts manufacturing facility.
