We offer welding and custom fabrication solutions, often in demanding situations and adverse conditions. Our team welcomes challenges, particularly when we’re called upon to repair or fabricate with aluminums, stainless and mild steels, uncommon alloys and cast iron. Fabrication projects North Star has developed include specialty products for manufacturing and transportation industries.

North Star Technical’s welders fabricate a large base frame for an electric motor. Once fabrication was completed tradesman stress relieved and painted unit complete in house for the end user.

Large Motor base being prepared for shipment. Large base will be used in a new metal recycling plant for recycling automobiles.

North Star Technical’s welders weld build up outside diameters of a worn scroll. Hardfacing the outside diameters help extend the service life of this scroll. The scroll is used in a centrifuge for a rendering facility.
